"Since you had no options for an uninstallable driver I answered everything bad. What I was able to download from either site was a tiff image and NO DRIVER!!!! i SPENT CLOSE TO AN HOUR GOING THRU YOUR MEANDERING SCREENS WANTING INFORMATION FROM ME ONLY TO FIND I NEEDED TO WAIT ALMOST 24 HRS TO GET NOTHING BUT A TIFF IMAGE..WHAT AFARCE AND BIG WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!! THANKS
