"I have a smaller but apparently newer version of this driver. Yours was created in 1998, the one I have was created in October 2000. Still not digitally signed but works just fine with Win XP. Don't worry too much about the driver not being digitally signed, not the best modem, not the best driver, but works well..."

"The driver does indeed work with XP. The only complaint is connection speed is all over the show. From 26K to 44K. Even at 26K I was downloading at around 4k/sec. Thanks."
