This download includes Windows XP drivers for the parallel port HP CD-Writer Plus drives. Download and run the WinXP_LPT_Driver.exe file to lauch the InstallShield Wizard. Stepping through the wizard, the default location to expand the HP CD-Writer Plus parallel port driver files into is C \WinXP_LPT_Driver. Accept this directory and follow the instructions contained in the INSTALL.RTF file when presented to finish the installation of the drivers.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
