"you can't pick the black cartridge: the color is default. The area is greyed out so you can't choose. I mailed to Samsung and they told me, sorry bad luck"

"Couldn't get it installed. Self-extracting archive seemed to run okay, but final message box says 'Samsung SmartJet Printer driver has not been installed on your system. Scanner part appears to install okay."

"If it says cartridge incompatible or what have you, just change the a colour cartridge and it'll work... however, for me it seems to print everything an inch to the left, and in doing so often the cartridge went so far to the left that it got stuck and i had to unjam it..."

"Tried to use my Samsung SF4300C printer after installing the driver shown in your listing to use with my system using the XP OS and the following message kept appearing... "The cartridge installed is not the correct type for the current print"(i.e its a Lexmark 12A1970 black type) so looks like I'll have to buy a compatible printer after all. Will."
