Both files are necessary, setup loads driver, and mail program runs the camera
after installation double click on the ICON and it will lead you through setup procedure! Use add hardware to activate camera!! Yes it works fine!! If you would like the Whole CD please send me an email and I will burn a copy for you (postage and blank CD cost only) less than 3$
