This modem is made by pro-net and is sold to almost every company selling conexant HCF k56/v90 pci speaker data fax modems. In windows xp you needed to update the drivers installed by windows xp by default, dont let it search but browse to the place where you put this folder the driver file is called cxt1035-w2k select this when windows says that it is not certificated just click continue anyway and your modem will be installed. if you need anymore help just email me.
