This BIOS should add AMD Sempron Support for all KT400 ALH motherboards that have jumper JP6 present. Earlier versions of the KT400 ALH supported only 266Mhz maximum FSB, later versions supported 333FSB. As far as I understand it all versions of this motherboard support DDR400 RAM.
I’ve successfully flashed this BIOS on to a XFX Mach4 KT400 ALH motherboard. The flash utility is included in the ZIP file, also a text file with basic instructions on how to flash your BIOS. The ZIP file has been scanned for Virus’ before uploading.
