I got this driver in a bundle from the manufacturer's website, bundled with some other (useless) installer.

To use: Extract the folders to a known location. Plug in the dongle. When the "New Hardware Wizard" opens, Select "I will choose the driver to install." Type in the location to the driver's "inf" file(PRISMA02.inf) and it should do the rest.
