Am having Acer scanner (scanprisa640p) it was working in win me but now I changed the win to XP when I installed the scanner I got a message that hard soft ware to be installed from internet but when ever am trying to contact this web www.acerperipherals.com.tw I didn't get this kind of scanner will u please direct my how to install the soft ware for my scanner.
