"Also tried to configure on XP Box. Set up but never worked. Our WG111 only seems to work with the CD driver supplied by the vendor, Telstra Australia."

"This driver is the best (35 meg), the driver on the netgear website

(approx 1.3meg) does not work or has troubles."

I downloaded this, installed it and it worked straight away.

"My friend had a Netgear WG111 and after a Windows XP reinstallation it started acting like a "Cohiba 3887 Rev0" device and no drivers work. Fortunately this driver was the perfect solution and avoided the Netgear going to the trash."

"It's good to have this rather than the installer, because the installer on XP hijacks your logon screen. You don't need the software anyways because Windows XP already has wireless zero configuration. It does work on ME and 98SE, the box itself says so. Sometimes 98 has a problem with it."
