The W310 and W110 software image zip files include:
W310 software image (w310)
W110 software image (lap.cyn)
AP-4, AP-5 and AP-6 to W110 Functionality software image (lap_ap-4-5-6.cyn)
W310 web interface software image (W310.web)
Important Note:
IF:
You have downloaded the bootloader to change the functionality of the AP-4, AP-5 and AP-6 Access Point hardware to support W110 functionality.
THEN:
You must download the image (lap_ap-4-5-6.cyn) included in this zip file to the W310 so it supports the W110 functionality in the AP-4, AP-5 and AP-6.

To get the W110 driver, click the green download button above. After you complete your download, move on to Step 2.
If the driver listed is not the right version or operating system, search our driver archive for the correct version. Enter Avaya W110 into the search box above and then submit. In the results, choose the best match for your PC and operating system.
Tech Tip: If you are having trouble deciding which is the right driver, try the Avaya Driver Update Utility. It is a software utility which automatically finds and downloads the right driver.
To find the newest driver, you may need to visit the Avaya website. Most major device manufacturers update their drivers regularly.

Right-click the Start button
Select "Device Manager" from the menu
Locate the device needing the update
Right-click the device and choose "Update driver"
Follow the on-screen prompts to install
Once complete, restart your computer to ensure the new driver is fully implemented and functioning properly.
