Unzip files to directory on your hard drive and select up date driver. In my case until modem was installed I showed an unknown device in Device Manager (Simple PCI Communications Device) update driver for this device and point it toward the directory you stored the unzipped files in. Modem will then be installed in XP (Driver is not digitally signed but still works)
