Additional Notes

For Fax/Modem DAA Module that works together with the C-Media CMI8738 SoundPro Chip included in many models of PCChips Legacy Motherboards.

I recommend to better use this Win2K driver for Windows XP. I had some problems in Windows XP with the newer version: 8.00.0031, and that version supposedly works for XP only.

Please don't waste your precious time, use this one on XP and the modem works perfectly.
