"I've had this UPS for a couple of years now. My hard drive died and I couldn't find the driver/software for the CyberPower UPS. Download and install works fine and so does the driver/program, except the close program X doesn't close it but it easily closes the dialogue box with Task Manager and the program stays running in the background.
