"This is NOT the driver for the card, but rather the wireless manager only. If it contains a driver, it was not placed in the INF folder by the installer. You do not need this if you are running XP or higher. You probably need this in addition to the driver if you run 9x/Me/2000."

How to Update RealTek 8180 Wireless LAN Device Drivers
