Uploader Notes

This is a driver kit for any Conexant SoftK56 based modems to allow them to run in Windows 2k RC2 (Build 2128). This requires an intstal of NT4 then an upgrade to Win 2k... I have created this only for those desperate enough to want to spend an hour or two to get thier modem working... Read the install notes in the zip file for more information... I hope this is useful to many, it took me forever to figure out how to get this working!
