"The Video sub-system is an Intel 82810-DC100 chipset, not the Cirrus Logic. I will post the correct drivers for the Compaq ENS/C466 Deskpro when I locate them."

"I had found this to be the only one out of 6 I tried that will work with the on board Cirrus logic video in my Compaq CDS 924.

What I like about it over the Windows 95b driver is that it allows you to change the refresh rate for each resolution. So no my flicker problems are now fixable. GREAT"

"I wanted GD5436, but instead this file contained GD5440. Whatever, it doesnt work on mine, cant get anything better than 640x480. ~canis"

"I need a driver for this chip displays 1024 x 768 pixels and 32 or 16 bits color at the same time. And it doesn`t work in that way. Probably this chip do not support this mode or i dont know. It just work at 1024 * 768 in 256 colors."

"Tried on Compaq DeskPro 2000 with CL GD5436-I-QC-C, With Windows ME. A few of the other drivers didn't work with ME, but this one works like a dream. Thanks"
