"I just used the "Windows Add Hardware" being very adventurous when it said adding the camera may cause problems in the future. It works great."

"Tries to install the file JVCDSC and the system said that it did not contain information about my hardware, which is the same error I got using the disc that came with the product. Any help would be great."

"I could not get this download to work. XP says I am attempting to download a file it does not recognize and will not allow it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. This camera worked great with W98 but has become a paperweight with XP and I cannot get a reply from JVC."
