"I downloaded its pdf file and then opened it there was instruction to download from site but the site written did not open for me... and I left it I am trying from 5days for solving the problem of this scanner. it was working well in Me. but now not working in XP. please if anyone know how to work this scanner in XP show me how??? Acer scanner scan prisa 640P parrall thank

"This the install guide direct form benq(acer)

yes it is important but also intaller may ask

for inf file you must manually direct it to

the windows/inf forlder for a clean install

good luck.."
