Found this one anywhere, it's the latest VIA 4in1 i know of, fixed some AGP issues on my ASRock K7VT2 (Via KT266 based) board. Works fine with WinXP but should work under Win9x and NT, too. Not sure about Win2000 but give it a shot..
IMPORTANT removing of older Via 4in1 version 440 is highly recommended! Otherwise OS could mix it all up.
