"Ric is correct. The copy function works but PrecisionScan LT does not. However, I found a solution which gets PrecisionScan LT working again.

I originally was using this scanner on a Windows 98 system which I subsequently upgraded to Windows XP. The HP software worked fine on that system. But when I built a new system using Windows XP without upgrading from a previous

How to Update scanjet 4100c Device Drivers
