"So I know how to help you all -) My guidelines about PRIMAX under XP!!! 1. Install drivers eg. from www.primax.nl 2. Check if link to file c \WINDOWS\twain_32\COLORADO\PROTOCOL.DS is proper (if this file exist) 3. run regedit 4. find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs 5. Put new DWORD Name HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wi
