I found this on IBM's site looking for generic 128XD drivers. IBM's TP240 uses the exact same chip, and here is version 6.28 (4.11.01.0022-Q6.28.00) of the drivers (dated 10-6-1999). They work perfectly on my NEC Ready 360T and are quite fast. These are the latest driver versions that I can find (drivers only - no installer). Enjoy!
