"This driver when downloaded opened as a DOS Soundcard Driver, not the Network Driver that it states it is? Perhaps something went wrong with the download? All I know is that I clicked Network and got Soundcard"

"This worked for me under windows 98. The self-extractor extracts into whatever folder it is in at the time. If you then delete the downloaded file, the rest of the files will fit on a single floppy and you can install the driver from the floppy."

"Copy the file on a empty floppy and open the file. It will then extract all the files (exe, com ,...). I tryed before into a hard disk folder and I only got .txt files."

"Okay, updated... take the .EXE file that is downloaded, move it to it's directory (I suggest /drivers/3com/) and extract it there. Then do the install. The files corrupt due to write space that is available on some floppy diskettes."

"I agree ith David. Maybe I'm an idiot, but it is the same as the 3com site, soesn't extract correctly, and the driver can't be found. HELP"

"This file, similar/same as on 3com's web site does not extract properly. It fails on the second file in the mslanmandos section. Additionally, it appears that the file extracted just before the error has extension .nif? Shouldn't this be .inf?"
