"Download no problem - install kept asking for a 2nd disk.

"No good at all - I clicked on Run and it prompted me to insert installation disc #2, which of course I don't have or I wouldn't be trying to download a driver."

"This is incomplete - there should be FOUR files. The install asks for Disk 2, etc. The other driver on this site, the PackardBellScannerXP.rar, contains all required files. NB It does seem to be the same dirver as the Mustek1200c but I wouldn't try downloading from the Mustek site; took hours and the files were cirrupt at teh end anyway...."

"try as I may, I cannot get this driver to install - despite the complicated advice, which as a ordinary computer user, I could not understand, though I did find the device manager in system properties, but have no idea how to do anything with it manually!

"This appears to be only the first part of several files required to install the device. It asked me to insert disk 2. Didn't work."
