"When I insert a page to be scanned too soon after the one before, the scanning program crashes. I have to close all programmes running and sometimes to restart Windows XP before the driver can be succesfully re-installed."

"If you own the Storm Scan Bank Page Scan and you upgrade to xp from windows 98 your cd will not load. I loaded it on my 98 and then did the xp update cd. when i tried to calibrate or feed an error would come up so searched for a driver for the usb that was compatible with XP and this download has no executable file in it. So it is a dud."
