"The scanner is still not operational. I checked all connections. The scan test says the scanner power is not on, the usb is not plugged in. These are false readings. All lines checked, all in proper order."

"Absolutely worthless. The driver won't even execute. This is nothing more than a front for getting you to sign up to have ads pushed at you."

"Once again, the driver exe file doesn't run. Try getting something on your site that does work. Batting average is 0-2."
