"Download was not a driver, but a an installation setup software program that is the same as on the installation CD and at the Sakar website. (Boy, am I glad I didn't pay for your service.) It did not fix my problem, which is: "Class installer has denied the request to upgrade or install..." And yes, yes, and yes, I've tried everything else (been at it all day!) e
