"No Matter what I Do I can NOT get this to work in my new Dell Computer. The hard drive was installed by a Dell Contracted Technician. tly". My old computer was a MICROS with Windows 98 Second Edition. My new computer is a DELL with Windows XP Home Edition. Can someone PLEASE advise me what I need to do. I have my tape "Backup ready to go, but it doesn't work... THANKS"

"Could not get the driver to work with the tape drive. After extensive trials/communications I believe that the driver development ceased just as XP was being finalised, so the software did not keep up. I have had to mothball my OnStream tape USB-30 .drive"
