"i tried downloading this driver 3 times now. typed in the correct verification letters and destination drive but no download??????? just went to next page and offers a free pc checkup and a thank you for downloading the driver. after clicking on download after selecting download to hdd theres nothing that pops up asking what folder or what drive, nothing, and no pop up win

dow asking to save or run, just nothing. it will not download. i've never had a problem downloading your files before though so i know it's definately not a fault at this end, i do know how to download it properly. thank you"
