"This firmware upgrade works great... for Win9x or WinMe. When I finally decided to upgrade to WinXP Pro, I realized that I needed an updated firmware. Of course, S&F went out of business, so they can't release any more firmware upgrades. Luckily for me and for anybody still using this drive, the CD-R 4012 is the exact same drive as the Teac CD-R55S. If you are trying t
