Additional Notes

This is the shuttle driver for use with most parallel port devices. I used it to get my Aiwa Bolt TD-P10 drive to work with Windows Me. Run the program (self-extracting ZIP file) and then run setup.exe. Have your device connected to the parallel port and powered on. The setup will detect the device and will have Windows build the driver information database. Reboot the system. Device Manager should show an entry for a SCSI device and should have a device type for Tape Drive (or Tape Backup). You may have the backup software pre-installed before this driver or install it afterward. In my case, the program was Veritas Backup Exec 4.5. When I launched the backup software it detected the tape drive and took off.

Supposedly, this driver works for virtually all parallel port devices.
