I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A VIDEO DRIVER FOR EMACHINES MONITOR 17F3

ND ALL I GOT WAS A PDF FILE FOR THE USER GUIDE. I ALREADY

HAVE THE USER GUIDE. THIS MONITOR IS BEING VIEWED

WITH AN OLD WIN 98 COMPUTER.

IT ONLY HAS 16 COLORS AND 640X480. IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN THE

COMPUTER IS IN SAFE MODE. THIS COMPUTER HARD DRIVE IS

NEW SINCE THEN OLD ONE GOT FRIED AN

"It's not a driver at all, it's only a readable file of some kind. Some one needs to tell the manufacturer to put a real driver up there."
