"It appears to install, but ndis.vxd and ntkern.vxd device loaders could not load the driver (code 2). I am not sure why or what caused it (the W98 on this machine has not been kept up)."

"Been looking all over the place for the driver that works for this thing and have had no luck. Possibly a bad card, but works in an older machine...compatability issue???

Tried it on Windows 2000 Pro and XP pro with no luck.

The search goes on..."

"This is an NE2000-compatible chipset. To use it under Win2k, choose the National Semiconductor NE2000 infomover or compatible card from 'Network Adapters'. I'm using the PCMCIA card right now with that driver, and it works perfectly."
