"I'm looking for driver that can change NIC's MAC for me.

And this driver does not allow to change MAC as previous ones written in 2001. But it works. And my problem is to change MAC. If it's not like yours, then just use it.

Use "Have a disk" install type. It has no digital signature so it is not recognized as compatible driver. But XP can accept it if you

"It did all i needed.

Nor the automatic windows driver installation nor a setup was available.

Can only be installed manualy.

After that the ethernet card with the related chip did it's work properly."
