Additional Notes

These are just the bare drivers for the Olympus Digital Voice Recorder, VN series. In order to actually use the device, you still need to install Olympus "DeviceDetector2" and "Digital Wave Player" which was part of the cd installation.

If you tried to install the device MANUALLY via the drivers on the cd with the "found new hardware wizard", it may come up not working even after you install the software "their" way until you use THESE drivers in that same hardware wizard (or simply copy the drivers directory to your hard drive and copy the files not in the 2000 directory into the 2000 directory and use that as the driver directory in the hardware wizard). These drivers are not Microsoft certified.
