"Does not appear to work with the USB version of the cam. My cam does not have a brand marking but I assume it is Crystal Digital. The word "Mars" does not appear on my cam.

"I got the software up and running just fine, then I plugged in my camera and followed the readme to direct the autodetect to the folder with the readme in order to install the drivers, sadly windows didn't see the drivers in this folder and hence wouldn't install them, now I'm stuck :(

I tried this on two different comp's each running xp with no sucess.

"Down load all you want. It will not function. Errors in Opening MARS and fails to operate properly. Would not recomend till somebody fixes the fix."

Company web site offline.

Company phones disconnected.

So, how do I get the camera to download pix onto my hard drive??

"Had difficulty getting this to run once installed. Kept coming up with this device not installed. But once I figured out that you had to unzip MARS folder and put it in the proper Program File, it works just fine now. Make sure your camera IS plugged in before you press Finish on the Download."
