"I got mine to work, all you do is once the set up is installed in your hard drive, don't open it and connect (or disconnect and connect) your camera and when it asks you to install, choose the location yourself, and it will install it."

"Worked well, if you have the camera already hooked up, just goto system hardware and unistall it and then search for new hardware and it will find it find and install the drivers..."
