"It Installed but did't work but have not reset computer might work for you, windows said it is working. Give it a go just might need tinkering."

"Thanks!!!

I've had a lot of trouble finding a WORKING dvr file for this dongle that i bought (second-hand) in Tokyo. An earlier download (fm different site!) failed to work w/ the XP "New Hardware Wizard"; i think either the .inf file was invalid (perhaps was only for 'Nihongo' Windows?), or the one (& only) .sys file included w/ that download was fault
