"rev-scan didnt even respond to my query about drivers! and thier website is as useless as a chocolate teapot! however plustek.com is spot on. www.plustek.com/driver/usb/put12_2000e.exe follow this link for the compatable driver have fun"

"Use the driver for Plustek OpticPro UT12 (you find it on www.plustek.com). Download it. Run exe file. It will extract driver files to directory. Then use directory, where you extracted plustek driver, for installing R48Ti scanner drivers."
