"I let found new hardware wizard find this device and thne pointed it to this zip folder and it installed driver. I was then able to install Multipass Suite 4.0 without problems. I had previously received unable to find multipass printer messages."

"I have spent several hours trying to install the driver to my XP computer. I have tried several sources, including Canon,and NOT one of the drivers install! I get a message stating that the printer cannot be found, even though the Install Wizard finds the printer.
