This driver works perfectly on Windows XP I had a really hard time finding it and decided to spread it around. I have used it with XP Pro Corporate edition. But it should work just as well on the home version.

"have win98se and aol and second boot is win xp home upgrade my modem is hsp56 audo modem riser on com4 will open when i get back to xp in 98 now couldnt get on net in xp till sound and modem conflict taken care of will see how this works"
