"ran the file, it loaded fine. ran utility, autosearched ok. control panel doesn't show scanner but printshop etc, finds ok. works perfect."

"Same problem. I sawe an error message stating that the Application or DLL is not a valid Windows image. The scanner software configured three options, but nothing else worked."

"It didn't work. I didn't have any scanner software installed at all, but all it did in XP pro was ask me what my default printer, fax, and word processor was I hit OK on two pop-ups and that was the last I saw of the "installation"."
