"The driver is good, but i have a PCI board that don't have any description of manufacturer, only the name in the chip, but with some time it works good. And you may need some software too to see the video records"

"The original BDE driver for MSI TV@Anywhere gave me the blank black screen when using the windows media encoder. This one works perfect!

"I have a Philips SAA7130 TV Tuner/Capture Card that Windows Update found a software update for, and after installing that update, the Found New Hardware screen came up. n search results that didn't work and then I tried this one, and so far it's working great! This does come with a setup to install the driver(s), but pointing to the folder in Found New Hardware also works."
