"This download states it is for 2000P, but the driver that shows up in the download is for a USB device. It is not accepted by WinXP when tring to install the Umax Astra 2000P scanner.

It might be a great download for USB, but it was useless for a Parallel scanner.

"The download link took me to an Error 404. I tried a few hours later, and it said page not found, but then started downloading a 8.5mb file from www.avision-europe.com. Pretty dodgy, so I stopped the download and gave up on it."

"Use it? Ha. I couldn't even download it. I might ask why your program wanted access to my outlook express..wierd, virusus get in that way. You trying to pull a fast one?"
