"Perfect. Cicero Computers has no website. Seanix (bankrupt in Vancouver, Canada) re-labels generic computer components as distributes to FUTURE SHOP in Canada, so that there is no such thing as a "CICERO" component or computer. "PERFECT. This is the manual. CICERO ( Seanix in Vancouver, B.C., Canada imports 'no-name' computers from the Orient, RE-Labells them as " CICERO", and sells ONLY to FUTURE SHOP in Canada, so that there is NO website to get CICERO information. You can try seanix's website, but you need a SERIAL NUMBER, and doing so resulted in " THERE ARE NO DOWNLOADS",

so driverguide was the answer. ( Thank you). The manual clearly shows how to upgrade the RAM, the CPU, the CD/DVD, the harddrive etc. as well as how to switch the DIP for the new settings. The laptop, 2700T, is 8 years old and came with NO CDs or Manual. Very Good, thank you"
