"Installed well in Win98SE. Had to go into Hardware manager and "reinstall the driver" but once I did that, it found it when I navigated to the unzipped folder that the zip file was unzipped into, and that was that! I am back on the internet! Yahoo! Thanks!"

"Worked great on a Dell Dimension 4400 with a DX-E101 card. It turns out this card is a VIA Rhine III, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the card."
