"This driver is not working with Motorola 62412-51 PCI modem on Windows XP Pro SP2. There is some files missing. I managed to combine few drivers and make it work, search for file name: Motorola_62412-51_WinXP.zip, it will work."

"WinXP still accuses not to be compatible, but go on. Works fine after changing the settings. You must choose country: USA and the language: English."

"I tried to install the driver, but my windows detected it as "not digitally signed", still i ignored it and continued my installation, only to find my computer restart itself and failed to install the driver --; I' m using 2 Operating System now, Windows 98 SE and Windows XP SP1, simply because i still can't find any driver that could make my modem work in Window

"This Driver worked for my Windows XP. It is a Windows 2k driver.

I went into safe mode and removed ALL older drivers that I tried first.

This one installed and works great!

"Hrmm. Most of the time these drivers are a load of @#$%. So best bet would be to invest in a new modem people. Alot of you are going to find that its rebooting your machine. 2000 drivers are said to work and by the looks of this file its for 2000. Trail and error i suppose."
