"Found this in an Optiplex GX1, many of the other drivers for this modem didn't appear to work until I tried the L-C version (which is what the modem here is), then all was fine. It appears for the L-C modem version, this is one of few that work. Thanks a lot."

You have to go thru the Device Manager/Simple Communications Center to install...it won't install thru 'New Hardware Found' or the Control Panel/Phone & Modem Options...go figure!! It may work wtih 567EP but not with 5628 chipst which I looked for.
