"I'm using win98 SE, and this modem software is not for the conexant hsfi cx11252-11. After having tried to install it, I went to add remove programs in control panel, and a listing for a modem type Actiontec, which is not the same modem as mine. So dont know what the deal is. If I find anything out, I will let you know."

"tried to install on win 98se, but would not. this is an all inone driver which may work great on other o/s. thanks for this 4in1. it normally saves a great deal of time."
